In her leadership position, Rose Padilla Johnson is responsible for oversight of all daily and strategic operations at the Davis Street center.

According to the 2017-2018 Davis Street Annual Report, the organization generated more than $15 million in funding for the financial year, the bulk of which came from government contracts. Additional sources of funding included patient services and contributions and gifts. Davis Street directed 43 percent of these funds, approximately $6.8 million, to child care services, while 28 percent went to supporting programs at the Davis Street Primary Care Clinic. Only 8 percent of funding was required for administration expenses and fundraising needs.
The report indicated that a significant amount of funding will continue to support the Davis Street clinic in the future, as clinic visits were up from 2016-2017 across the board. Most notably, medical visits increased from 5,332 to 7,655. Dental, behavioral, and counseling visits were all up as well, while 2017-2018 saw the clinic host its first 132 optometry visits.
